Kadi Cole has spent the last twenty-five years serving in local church ministry as an Executive Director at one of America's largest and fastest growing multi-site churches, a Director at Leadership Network, a founding member of the Women's Executive Pastor Network, and a licensed LifePlan facilitator. Kadi has a master’s in Human Resource Development, a bachelor’s in nursing and she worked as a Registered Nurse in a Veteran’s Hospital Mental Health Unit for several years. Kadi authored Sticky Note Leadership, her bestselling book, Developing Female Leaders, and her latest book, Find Your Leadership Voice in 90 Days. She is currently working on curriculum for Marketplace place leaders and churches to help mentor students and young adults and speaks at leadership conferences around the world.
